Please PRINT on the ad form so that it is legible. At the bottom of the form please put down what you would like the ad to say. Make sure all names are spelled correctly because the way you spell them will be they way they are printed in the book, unless I happen to notice otherwise.
If you have camera ready art or have the copy typed on a separate sheet please staple it to the ad form. If you have a list of officers make it applicable to June 2012.
If you are submitting pictures we prefer them to be black and white and approximate size. Please indicate if you would like them returned.
You are more than welcome to include a buck a line sheet. Fill one out and include it with your ad. Please print the names.
Make the checks out to: York Rite ad book. Mail checks and your ad to the address on the ad order form.
Please make copies and give them to those who would be interested in an placing an ad.
